Cancellation Policy
At RAY Healing, we value your time and our commitment to providing a high-quality healing experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation and booking policies in place: Booking & Payment To secure your appointment, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may reschedule your session for another date at no additional cost. Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. A new payment will be required to book a new session. If you do not show up without prior notice, the full session fee will be retained, and rescheduling will not be possible.
